Chat window opens arbitrarily

When the chat window opens arbitrarily, these reasons below are considered.

1.The box [Skip the waiting screen] is checked.
2.The chatbot which activates automatically is registered in [Chatbot]
3.The chatbot which activates automatically is registered in [Chatbot+]

1.The box [Skip the waiting screen] is checked

If you set to skip the waiting screen, the chat window will be opened arbitrarily.
Here is how you do it.  

(1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2) Click on [Chat]>[Design]>[Menu] on the left side of the screen.


(3) Click on [Stand by] tab.


(4) If you leave the box [Skip the waiting screen] empty, the chat window will not open arbitrarily, and the waiting screen will show.

2.The chatbot which activates automatically is registered in [Chatbot]

If the chatbot which activates automatically is registered in [Chatbot], the chat window will be opened arbitrarily. If you set the initial message by [Chat]>[Function]>[Initial message], not a bot, the chat window will not be opened arbitrarily.  

Method to check the bot registered in [Chatbot]

(1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2) Click on [Chat]>[Function]>[Chatbot] on the left side of the screen.


(3) The list of registered chatbot will show, so check to see if there is no chatbot which activates automatically by looking at the section [Display rule].
(It is often has a rule of [〇 seconds after displaying page/site])

3.The chatbot which activates automatically is registered in [Chatbot+]

If the chatbot which activates automatically is registered in [Chatbot+] is registered, the chat window will be opened arbitrarily. If you set the initial message from [Chat]>[Function]>[Initial message] , not as a bot, the chat window will not be shown arbitrarily.

This function can only be done above Business Light Plan. It cannot be done with Minimum Plan.

Method to check the bot registered in [Chatbot+]

(1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2) Click on [Chat]>[Function]>[Chatbot+] on the left side of the screen.


(3) The list of Chatbot+ registered will be shown.
If you click on [Edit], you can check details of [Chatbot+].


(4) Look at the section [Rule] and check if there is no chatbot which activates automatically.
It is often the chatbot which set as [Either] [No specified time] in [Display rule] (Default rule).
