This is the screen to manage the list of viewer visiting your home page currently and the chat. This is also the home screen for management side. It displays viewer information and chat log. Also, if you register icons, phone number and email address in [Visitor], the information registered will be displayed when the visitor visits the site again. *You can also send a chat to the visitor from the agent side.
Explanation of above status
Visitor represents people who are currently visiting the site
Chatbot represents people who are currently using the chatbot Agent is the agent or the highest manager who displays the response status of others.
Settings to display/hide the above status
(1) Enter https://app.chatplus.jp/login in the address bar and open ChatPlus login screen.
(2) After entering email address and password, click [Login].
(3) Click [Chat] on the left side of the screen.
(4) Click the following button besides each [Visitor], [Chatbot] and [Agent] to display or hide them. Example)To hide chatbot status
Processing of waiting times
If there is no new message for a certain period of time from the chatbot or the agent, you can pause or end it. The time until being paused or ended can be changed in the settings.
(1) Enter https://app.chatplus.jp/login in the address bar and open ChatPlus login screen.
(2) After entering email address and password, click [Login].
(3) After logging in, click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.
(4) Click [Chat]>[Functions]>[Chatbot] on the left side of the screen.
(5) Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
(6) Enter [10] in the empty field of [If there are no new remarks for □ minutes, the chat will be on hold.].
(7) Click [Update].
