Security settings allow you to enhance password security when an agent logs in.
(1) Click [Security] on the upper right of the setting screen.
(2) Click boxes to set the security.
The password must contain at least one capital letter, one lower case, one number and one symbol
When registering/updating a password, it needs to include at least one capital letter, one lower case, one number and one symbol. If not, an error will occur.

Ask for changing the password one month after setting it
A month after registering/updating a password, the password must be changed (after logging in, a modal window will appear).
Prevent saving the same password
The password registered in the past can no longer be usable. If you try to register the same password, an error will occur.
Prevent the connection for a while if the connection failed 3 times in a row
When logging in, if the connection fails three times, you will not be able to login for a certain amount of time. (Can be canceled by the administrator (from the agent management screen)).
Synchronize the chat reception status with the login / logout
The chat will automatically turn [ON] when logged in,
the chat will automatically turn [OFF] when logged out.
The agent can switch the chat status (ON/OFF) when logged in.
Register agent operation log
If checked, you can view the operation log from the report.
(3) Click [Update].
In ChatPlus, you can set the password strength depending on your situation.
