Setting of the Chat Bot Plus


Here, it explains the basic setting of Chat bot+

※It can only be done with Business Light Plan or above. It cannot be used with minimum plan.

As an example, it will show how to set the Chatbot when the users clicked [I want to know about function] in the initial message.

※In Chat bot+, you can set functions more complicated than in Chat bot, and here, it will explain the basic setting of Chat bot +.

(1)Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2)Click [Chat]>[Function]>[Chat bot+] on the left side of the screen.


(3)Click [Add parts]


(4)Write in boxes “Part’s name” and “Details”
※Leave the ID number box blank, it will automatically be filled when Chat bot+ is created.


(5)Click [Add rules], click [User’s remark] from the first pull down, Write in the box below what you want to match with, (in this case “I want to know about function”), and select [Match] from the pull down below.


(6)In the section “Action”, click [Message + Choices] from the pull down and the boxes will appear below.


(7)In the first blank box, write a message.

(8)In the second blank below, write a choice you want to display to users, and select “Send to users” from the pull down.
By clicking [Add buttons], you can set multiple choices.

(9)Click [Update]

※If you give choices in (8), the procedure to create Chatbot when a certain choice was clicked is same as (1) to (9).
To use the set Chatbot, click [Chat]>[Function]>[Chat bot+], Press ON for the selected rules.
