[Accident Report] August 8, 2017

From around 8:40 am on August 8, access increased and it became difficult for some customers to connect.

○Cannot log in to the management screen

○Cannot to chat

There were bugs like these. As the number of access increases, it was hard for many people to connect.

It temporarily recovered around 12 o'clock, but after 13 o'clock, it became difficult to connect again.

As a result of the investigation, traffic was rapidly increasing along with the new introduction site. We reduced various kinds of processing, increased load distribution, and started operating normally around 15:40.

We are sorry to cause you inconvenience. We will further strengthen our equipment and infrastructure, and strive to ensure stable operation. We apologize again.
