Lead design

You can change the lead design and information acquiring. Click [Update] after setting each category.

As an example, we will explain here how to display the lead screen to acquire name and email address.

Set design and information acquiring

(1) Open ChatPlus setting screen and click [Lead]>[Design] on the left side of the screen.

(2) Change colors if necessary and go to [Option] part and check the box [Ask for the name].
*By default, you will acquire email address so you do not need to check the box [Ask for the email].

(3) Click [Update] at the bottom of the screen.
