In ChatPlus, you can send an email to customer after chatting, and you can get a feedback from them about the chat.
(1)Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.
(2)Click [General setting]>[Email setting] on the left side of the screen.
(3)Check in the box "Send a feedback email 24 hours after the ticket is solved."
