I want to know the customer satisfaction rate


With ChatPlus, you can send an email to customers after the chat, and you can get a feedback from them about the chat.

(1) Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2) Click [Ticket]>[Ticket settings] on the left side of the screen.


(3) Check the box [Send a review request email at 10:00 a.m. (JST) after the ticket resolution.] in [Feedback email] part.


(4) Click [Update].

In order to use feedback email, you need to register the support email adress.
