The chatbot is not working

Reasons below are possible when the chatbot is not working.

(1)The choices are not matching.
(2)The setting of Chatbot+Timer is [After running specific rule].

Check with this procedure below.

Check if the choices are completely matching.

(1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2) Click on [Chat]>[Function]>[Chatbot] on the left side of the screen.


(3) Click on [Edit] of the registered chatbot.


(4) In the section [Display rule] [Match with user's remark], unless the user's remark and the choices are completely matching, the chatbot will not activate.

■Common mistakes
1.There are punctuation marks.
  [I want to know about A] [I want to know about A.]
2.Slight difference
  [Computer] [computer]

Check the setting of Chatbot+Timer

(1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2) Click on [Chat]>[Function]>[Chatbot+] on the left side of the screen.


(3) Click on [Edit] of the registered chatbot.


(4) When the timer setting is [After running a specific rule], unless the designated rule has ran, the chatbot will not be activated. Please check for that.

If you want to cancel rules, click on [OFF] of set rule in the list of activation parts.
