The display does not change even though first message has been registered and updated by chatbot

When the initial message will not display after registering/updating chatbot, please refresh the page of click "End chat" multiple times. If that does not change anything, it would be possible you are not updating online initial message.
When a customer started a chat, the message shown in that chat can be check in [Chat]>[Function]>[Initial message].
This is how you can check it.

 
(1)Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2)Click [Chat]>[Function]>[Initial message] on the left side of the screen.


(3)Check in [Initial message] and the choices below.

If the message is not changed, please set according to [Setting of initial message].
