Order processing
You can configure to distribute agents to visitors if they are waiting for the chat.
(1) Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.
(2) Click [Chat]>[Functions]>[Order processing] on the left side of the screen.
(3) Choose either [Automatic method] or [Manual method] and click [Update].
Chatbot
With this function, you can choose rule to activate/stop of the chat.
Automatic response settings
You can add new rules for automatic activation. You can also set the activation processing with multiple rules. Click [Update] after editing.
・Send a message [Thank you for visiting. Do you have any questions?] 20 seconds after opening the page.
・Display choices such as [I want to know the business hours] or [Chat with an agent]
・Respond automatically [Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00.] when a visitor asked [I want to know the business hours]
(1) Open ChatPlus setting screen and click [Chat]>[Functions]>[Chatbot] on the left side of the screen.
(2) Click [+Add an auto reply].
(3) On the new screen, enter [Thank you for visiting. Do you have any questions?] in the field next to [Chatbot remark].
(4) Check the box [Add a rule] and click [Add a choice] twice.
(5) Enter in each boxes added in (4) [I want to know the business hours] and [Chat with an agent].
(6) Click [Time elapsed after displaying the page] from the pull down of [Display rule].
(7) Enter [20] in the empty box of [When □ seconds elapsed after somebody visited your page.] displayed under the pull down.
(8) Click [Save] and check
1.if the rule registered in [Add an auto reply] is added.
2.if [ON] is set.
(9) Click [+Add an auto reply].
(10) On the new screen, enter [Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00] in the field right of the [Chatbot remark].
(11) In the section [Display rule], click on [Match with the visitor's remark].
(12) Enter [I want to know the business hours] in the empty field under the pull down.
(13) Click [Save] and check
1.if the rule registered in [Add an auto reply] is added.
2.if [ON] is set.
Change the content of automatic response depending on pages
You can change the content of automatic response depending on each page.
・Send the message [Thank you for visiting. Do you have any questions about ACCESS method?] 5 seconds after opening ACCESS page.
・Display choices like [I want to know the closest station] or [I want to know the route from the closest station].
(1) Open setting screen of ChatPlus and click [Chat]>[Functions]>[Chatbot] on the left side of the screen.
(2) Click [+Add an auto reply].
(3) On the new screen, enter necessary contents and click [Save].
Set a message sent automatically to visitors when they start a chat
・Automatic response setting
→The set message will be automatically sent even if the visitor did not do anything.
・Message setting when a chat started (the content we will see now)
→The set message will only be sent when the visitor started the chat.
(1) Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.
(2) Click [Chat]>[Functions]>[Initial message] on the left side of the screen.
(3) Enter a message that you want to display first in the empty field on the right side.
(4) Click [+Add a choice].
(5) Enter the choices you want to display in boxes added in (4).
※If you click [+Add a choice] again, you can add multiple choices.
(6) Click [Update].
