History sending

If you register your email address, you can send the chat contents at the end of the chat. Please enter the email address you want to register.

Sender (ticket function)

You can register the email address and name of the support sender.
Enter the email address you use for customer support in [Email address], enter the name you want to show in emails in [Name].
* Please set the email used for support to be forwarded to (the address displayed in bold above the email address frame). If a visitor sends an email to the registered support email address, it will be forwarded to ChatPlus and can be managed by the ticket function.
