User block

You can block the user for who you do not want to display the chat.

(1) After logging in to the ChatPlus management screen, click [Visitor] at the top of the screen.

(2) The list of visitor will appear. Click the user for who you do not want to show the chat.

(3) Click [Edit] at the upper right of the screen.

(4) Check the box [Hide the chat] and click [Update].

(5) Check if the block mark is displayed.
