Change display content of when business hour and non-business hour

To change the content of the Chatbot when business hours and non-business hours, these settings has to be done shown below.

Setting of business hours

In ChatPlus, you can set the chat reception hours on each operator.
When there is at least one [Online] operator, the site becomes「Online」.
When all the operators are [Offline], the site becomes「Offline」.
 
(1) Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2)Click [Manage Operator] on the left side of the screen.


(3)[Manage Operator] screen will be shown, so click [Edit] of the operator that you want to set the chat reception hours.


(4)[Edit operator] screen will be shown.


(5)Click [Change chat reception hours]


(6)Drag and Drop the mark [●] to set the chat reception hours.

・If you want to set lunch break, click [+] to add time setting bar.
・If you want the date to be "Off-day", check in the box "Off-day".

(7)Click [Update]

Creating chatbot for when business hours

(1) Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2)Click [Chat]>[Function]>[Chat bot] on the left side of the screen.


(3)In the section "Automatic response setting", click [+Add automatic responses].


(4)Enter messages and choices when it is business hours.


(5)In the section "Display Rule", click [site status] from the pull down, and click [Online] from the pull down below.


(6)Click [Update]

Creating chatbot for when non-business hours

Setting for using Chatbot when offline

To use Chatbot when offline requires priority processing.
 
(1) Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2)Click [Chat]>[Function]>[Chat bot] on the left side of the screen.


(3)In the section "Priority Processing", check in the box "Prioritize Chatbot not offline form when offline".


(4)Click [Update]

 

Creating chatbot when offline

(1) Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2)Click [Chat]>[Function]>[Chat bot] on the left side of the screen.


(3)In the section "Automatic response setting", click [+Add automatic response]


(4)Create messages and choices when it is non-business hours.


(5)In the section "Display Rule", click [Site status] from the pull down and click [Offline] from the pull down below.


(6)Click [Update]
